Naukri is India's largest job board, served through a dedicated plugin endpoint rather than the generic page fetch. Give it a keyword and a location - like a python developer in Bangalore - and it returns the jobs already parsed: title, company and location with a work mode (hybrid / remote / on-site), the experience range with a parsed min and max, the salary with a parsed min and max, the skills, the company rating and review count, a short snippet, the posted date and a clean job URL. Filter by location, experience, posting age and remote, sort by date, and page through to as many results as you need. It reads Naukri's own server-rendered listing data, so there is no HTML for you to parse.

What you can extract

  • Job title, company and a clean job URL
  • Location and work mode (hybrid / remote / on-site)
  • Experience range with parsed min/max years
  • Salary text with parsed min/max
  • Skills and a short job snippet
  • Company rating, review count and posted date

Dedicated endpoints

/jobs/naukri

Naukri job search

Naukri job listings for a keyword and location: a jobs array with title, company, location, workMode, experience (with experienceMinYears/experienceMaxYears), salary (min/max), skills, companyRating, reviewsCount, a snippet, postedDate and a job url. Filter with location, experience, days and remote, sort, and page with max_results.

How to scrape it

curl -X POST \
  -H "X-ScrapeUnblocker-Key: $SU_API_KEY" \
  "https://api.scrapeunblocker.com/jobs/naukri?keyword=python%20developer&location=Bangalore"
import requests

resp = requests.post(
    "https://api.scrapeunblocker.com/jobs/naukri",
    headers={"X-ScrapeUnblocker-Key": SU_API_KEY},
    params={"keyword": "python developer", "location": "Bangalore"},
)
print(resp.text)
import { ScrapeUnblockerClient } from 'scrapeunblocker';

const su = new ScrapeUnblockerClient({ apiKey: process.env.SU_API_KEY });

const data = await su.naukriJobs('python developer', { location: 'Bangalore', maxResults: 50 });
console.log(data);

Requests are POST and take their parameters in the query string. Browser rendering always happens - there is no flag to enable.

Frequently asked questions

Is it legal to scrape Naukri?

Collecting publicly available Naukri data such as job titles, salaries and required skills is lawful in many jurisdictions, but the rules depend on your country, the data you collect and how you use it. Some of it can be personal data, so follow the privacy rules that apply to you. ScrapeUnblocker returns the public page; what you collect and how you use it is your responsibility.

How do I scrape Naukri without getting blocked?

Naukri runs its own anti-bot protection. ScrapeUnblocker renders the page in a real browser, rotates residential and ISP exits and handles challenges, and the plugin returns the job listings as parsed JSON. In ScrapeUnblocker's benchmark it returned real content on 99.0% of 1,080 calls, about 13.3s per call.

What Naukri data can I get?

The Naukri plugin returns a jobs array for a keyword and location: title, company and location with a work mode (hybrid, remote or on-site), the experience range with parsed minimum and maximum years, salary with parsed min and max, skills, company rating and review count, a short description snippet, the posted date and a clean job URL.

Do I need a Naukri API or account?

No. The Naukri plugin returns job listings as JSON without a Naukri API account or login. Send a keyword such as python developer and a city such as Bangalore, then filter with experience, days and remote, sort by relevance or date, and page through results with max_results.

Can I collect Naukri jobs at scale?

Yes. Calls run in parallel up to your plan's concurrency limit: 20 to 100 concurrent requests on Pay as you go, Starter and Pro, and 200 to 400 on Business, Scale and Ultimate. One call can collect up to 1,000 jobs across pages with max_results, and sort=date with days=1 picks up new postings.

How much does it cost to scrape Naukri?

Each request costs 1 credit, from EUR 1.00 per 1,000 requests on pay as you go to about EUR 0.55 per 1,000 on the Ultimate plan. Naukri plugin calls draw from the same plan quota as the rest of the API. Blocks, timeouts and errors on ScrapeUnblocker's side are not billed, and the free trial includes 500 requests with no card.
