Business data
Trustpilot Scraper
trustpilot.com
Trustpilot is served through a dedicated plugin endpoint rather than the generic page fetch. Give it a company domain - like www.nike.com - and it returns the business already parsed: the TrustScore and total review count, the 1-5 star distribution, categories and contact, and the reviews themselves, each with its rating, title, body, verified badge, author (name, country, review count), the company's reply and dates. Page through with pages, and narrow the reviews with stars, sort, language, date, search, verified or replies. It reads only public data, so there is no Trustpilot account or cookies involved.
What you can extract
- Company summary: name, domain, TrustScore and category
- Total review count and reviews in the last 12 months
- 1-5 star distribution with counts
- Per-review rating, title and body text
- Review author: name, country and review count
- Verified badge, review language and dates
- The company's reply to each review, with its date

How to scrape it
curl -X POST \
-H "X-ScrapeUnblocker-Key: $SU_API_KEY" \
"https://api.scrapeunblocker.com/reviews/trustpilot?company=www.nike.com&pages=2"import requests
resp = requests.post(
"https://api.scrapeunblocker.com/reviews/trustpilot",
headers={"X-ScrapeUnblocker-Key": SU_API_KEY},
params={"company": "www.nike.com", "pages": "2"},
)
print(resp.text)import { ScrapeUnblockerClient } from 'scrapeunblocker';
const su = new ScrapeUnblockerClient({ apiKey: process.env.SU_API_KEY });
const data = await su.trustpilotReviews('www.nike.com', {
pages: 2,
stars: 5,
});
console.log(data); Requests are POST and take their parameters in the query string. Browser rendering always happens - there is no flag to enable.
Frequently asked questions
Is it legal to scrape Trustpilot?
Collecting publicly available Trustpilot data such as TrustScores, star ratings and review text is lawful in many jurisdictions, but the rules depend on your country, the data you collect and how you use it. Some of it can be personal data, so follow the privacy rules that apply to you. ScrapeUnblocker returns the public page; what you collect and how you use it is your responsibility.
How do I scrape Trustpilot without getting blocked?
Trustpilot uses in-house anti-bot protection. ScrapeUnblocker renders the page in a real browser, rotates residential and ISP exits and handles challenges, and the plugin returns the company profile and reviews as parsed JSON. In ScrapeUnblocker's benchmark it returned real content on 100% of 1,000 calls, about 4.3s per call.
What Trustpilot data can I get?
For a company domain such as www.nike.com you get a summary with name, TrustScore, category, contact, total reviews, reviews in the last 12 months and the 1-5 star distribution. Each review carries its rating, title, body text, verified badge, language and dates, the author's name, country and review count, and the company's reply with its date.
Do I need a Trustpilot API or account?
No. The Trustpilot plugin returns a company's profile and reviews as JSON without a Trustpilot API account, login or cookies. Pass the company domain, a full site URL or a Trustpilot review URL, and narrow the reviews with stars, sort, language, date, search, verified or replies.
Can I monitor Trustpilot reviews at scale?
Yes. Calls run in parallel up to your plan's concurrency limit: 20 to 100 concurrent requests on Pay as you go, Starter and Pro, and 200 to 400 on Business, Scale and Ultimate. One call can fetch up to 20 consecutive pages of 20 reviews with pages, and sort=recency or date=last30days picks up new reviews for each company you track.
How much does it cost to scrape Trustpilot?
Each request costs 1 credit, from EUR 1.00 per 1,000 requests on pay as you go to about EUR 0.55 per 1,000 on the Ultimate plan. Trustpilot plugin calls draw from the same plan quota as the rest of the API. Blocks, timeouts and errors on ScrapeUnblocker's side are not billed, and the free trial includes 500 requests with no card.
