Alibaba.com is served through two dedicated plugin endpoints rather than the generic page fetch. Give the search endpoint a keyword - like 'bluetooth speaker', in any language - and it returns the products already parsed: product id, title, URL, images and category, the price range in USD with Alibaba's price per quantity range and any promotion price, the minimum order quantity with its unit, how many have sold, the supplier's store rating and review count, the lead time in days, certifications, a sponsored flag, and the supplier card with name, store and profile URL, country, years on Alibaba, the Verified, Verified PRO and Gold Supplier flags, Trade Assurance and response rate. Sort by relevance or by sales over the last 180 days, keep only Verified or Verified PRO suppliers, Trade Assurance products or suppliers in one country, and collect up to 480 products per call at 48 per page, continuing from nextPage up to Alibaba's page 100. The product endpoint takes a product id or URL and returns one listing in full: the price per quantity range in the local currency and in USD, SKU variants with their prices, attributes, the minimum order, the lead time per quantity, packaging, where it ships from, Trade Assurance and the supplier's location, business type, rating, response time and on-time delivery rate. It reads Alibaba's public pages: no Alibaba account, buyer login or API key is involved.

Is it legal to scrape Alibaba?
Collecting publicly available Alibaba.com data such as product titles, prices, minimum orders and supplier details is lawful in many jurisdictions, but the rules depend on your country, the data you collect and how you use it. ScrapeUnblocker returns the public listings; what you collect and how you use it is your responsibility.
How do I scrape Alibaba without getting blocked?
Alibaba answers an address it does not trust with a slider captcha page sent as a normal 200 response, so a plain scraper stores the captcha as if it were data. The /marketplace/alibaba-search plugin reads the same JSON results service the alibaba.com search page pages through, draws a fresh exit when the captcha comes back, up to three tries, and then tries the server-rendered results page once before it answers 502 rather than returning the captcha. The product endpoint reads the product page the same way, and no browser is involved. In ScrapeUnblocker's benchmark it returned real data on 100% of 1,267 calls, about 2.2s per call: 828 searches, each a different query (some in other languages, on later pages or with filters), at about 2.5s, and 439 product pages at about 1.5s.
What Alibaba data can I get?
The search endpoint returns, for each product, its id, title, URL, images and category, the USD price range with the price per quantity range and any promotion price, the minimum order with its unit, the sold count, the supplier's store rating and review count, the lead time in days, certifications, a sponsored flag and the supplier card: name, store and profile URL, country, years on Alibaba, Verified, Verified PRO and Gold Supplier flags, Trade Assurance and response rate. The product endpoint adds the full listing: SKU variants with their prices, attributes, lead time per quantity, packaging, ship-from, trade term, videos, and the supplier's location, business type, response time and on-time delivery rate. Alibaba hides some listings in some countries; a product that is not shown in the first exit's country is read once more through a US exit before it is called missing (404).
How many Alibaba products can I get per search?
Alibaba serves 48 products per results page and stops paging a query at page 100. One call collects up to 480 products (max_results 1-480, ten pages); to go further, call again with page set to the nextPage of the previous response. nextPage is always the next page none of whose products were returned, so when max_results ends inside a page the rest of that page is skipped (droppedFromLastPage counts it); ask in multiples of 48 to get every product. Alibaba offers two orders on its product tab, relevance and sales (most sold over the last 180 days), and the filters are the ones its own search page has: verified and verified_pro for inspected suppliers, trade_assurance for products covered by Trade Assurance and supplier_country for suppliers located in one country, such as CN, US or IN. totalResults shows how many products match.
What currency are Alibaba prices in?
Search results are priced in USD, the way Alibaba's results service returns them; if the plugin has to fall back to the results page, prices come in the exit country's currency and currency says which. The product endpoint returns the exit country's currency, which you can pin with proxy_country, together with the USD figures priceMinUsd and priceMaxUsd, and every quantity tier in both. Price tiers are Alibaba's wholesale steps, for example 2-99 pieces at USD 2.99 and 100-999 pieces at USD 2.95, and moq with its unit is the smallest order the supplier accepts.
How much does it cost to scrape Alibaba?
A search is billed one request per results page served: up to 48 products is 1 request, 480 products up to 10, and pagesFetched shows the exact number. A product is one request. 1 request = 1 credit, EUR 1.00 per 1,000 on pay as you go, down to about EUR 0.55 per 1,000 on the Ultimate plan. Blocks and timeouts are not billed, and the free trial includes 500 requests with no card.
